When making your reservation by deposit or plastic card you agree that:
- Any child over five years is counted as occupying person.
- Two children under five years count as one occupying person.
- Bank deposit or written authorization to charge credit or debit card is required to guaranty the reservation.
- You understand and agree that will be charged with the rate of one night without refund:
- The “no show” at 6.00 PM or at the appointed time for the day of arrival.
- Introduce aliens or objects that may damage the hotel facilities or harm others.
- Brake the Hotel rules by yourself or somebody of your group.
- Check in 3:00 P.M. or earlier if room is available, check-out 12:00 M.D.
- Do to national health regulations we do not accept pets.

DO YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT?
a We will gladly coordinate your transportation.
ARE YOU AT BEACHFRONT? IS PRIVADTE BEACH? HAVE OCEAN VIEW?
We are one block from the beach. in Honduras beaches are not private, those who are near our hotel are very nice and uncrowded.

HOW MUCH IS A ROOM?
Our rate is per number of people in the room, maximum number of people is four. How many people are you? You can see the rates in the Rate Sections on the homepage.
WHAT IS IN THE ROOM?
Our standard rooms have two double beds, with air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi and private bathroom with hot water.
IF WE ARE MORE THAN 4 WE CAN ACCOMMODATE IN THE ROOM PAYING EXTRA?
Unfortunately the maximum occupancy is 4 people

To confirm the reservation we must have payment in advance or payment authorization applied to credit or debit card VISA or MASTER CARD.

Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 12.00 Noon (MD)
DO YOU HAVE PARKING LOT AND SECURTITY?
Yes, we have.
CAN YOU USE THE RESTAURANT?
Yes you can. Our schedules are : Breakfast: from 7.30 to 9.30, Lunch from 12.00 to 2.00pm MD and Dinner from 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM.
DO YOU HAVE TOURS?
We contact you directly with the tour operator at no extra cost.
CAN YOU CHAGE THE BREAKFAST FOR DINNER OR FOR CASH?
Breakfast is a hotel complimentary and cannot be changed or refunded
